Job Description
Join Medical Group Alaska as a Physician Assistant to provide vital care for service members, conducting comprehensive health examinations and collaborating with a dedicated team. Your expertise will directly impact the health and well-being of those who serve our country.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations
Review medical history and associated records
Interpret clinical data
Complete written reports and generate independent medical opinions
Provide telephonic and virtual exams
Complete initial review and interpretation of diagnostic studies
Document examinee records in appropriate systems
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care / internal medicine experience
Unrestricted State medical licensure
Valid BLS OR ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations
