Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily work and safety of delivery associates

Recommend work schedules and changes
Supervise asset utilization for the delivery department
Coordinate repairs and review delivery productivity
Suggest efficiency and cost reduction measures
Train and apply company policies and procedures
Communicate with sales and marketing teams
Direct activities to ensure adherence to delivery schedules
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years related experience or equivalent education
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to lead discussions and meetings
Preferred Qualifications
Two or four-year college degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management
HazMat certification
Working knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
