Job Description
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Raytheon, you will lead the design and improvement of manufacturing processes in a collaborative environment. Your role will involve developing essential manufacturing data packages and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, control, and improvement of manufacturing processes
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Support daily manufacturing with process troubleshooting
Conduct non-conforming material analysis and corrective actions
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma principles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field
Minimum 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience leading teams/projects
Technical drawing interpretation and GD&T
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (e.g., CREO/ProE)
Experience with automated tooling, machinery, and programming
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
