Key Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound telephone calls, chat, and email
  • Responding to customer and partner digital inquiries
  • Providing a clear picture of company products and services
  • Escalating complex situations to Team Leaders
  • Working with Quality Coaches to evaluate and improve performance
  • Maintaining confidentiality of company information
  • Participating in peer coaching and supporting team culture

Required Qualifications

  • Two years or more of related experience in an inbound contact center or face-to-face customer service
  • Effective computer skills and understanding of telephone etiquette
  • Proficiency in basic Windows and MS Office packages
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience handling customer calls in a 24x7 environment
  • Flexibility to work schedules based on business needs
