Key Responsibilities
Answering inbound telephone calls, chat, and email
Responding to customer and partner digital inquiries
Providing a clear picture of company products and services
Escalating complex situations to Team Leaders
Working with Quality Coaches to evaluate and improve performance
Maintaining confidentiality of company information
Participating in peer coaching and supporting team culture
Required Qualifications
Two years or more of related experience in an inbound contact center or face-to-face customer service
Effective computer skills and understanding of telephone etiquette
Proficiency in basic Windows and MS Office packages
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience handling customer calls in a 24x7 environment
Flexibility to work schedules based on business needs
