Nesco Resource is now seeking enry level Composites Technicians in the Spartanburg area. This is a temp to perm opportunity with amply amout of room for growth. Apply with us online or in person today!
Key Responsibilities:• Comply with written work instructions, standard procedures, and processes to assemble composite materials
• Work with materials like carbon fiber, fiberglass, and aramid (Kevlar)
• Use tools like routers, sanders, and hand tools to shape and finish parts.
• Assist in fitting core components with attention to close tolerances.
• Assist in laying out and marking dimensions and reference lines on materials to develop and trace patterns of product or parts or use templates.
• Assist in performing non-routine and non-repetitive procedures in the fabrication, curing, build-up, and assembly of various types of composite materials.
• Gain basic familiarity with composite technology, including hi-temp plastics, pre-impregnated epoxy composite materials, graphite epoxy, wet graphite, and silicone injection molding.
Pay Rate:$16.50/hour, Weekly Pay
Shift: 1st shift6am-2:30PM Monday-Friday
