Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with internal and external professionals

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans

Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families (may include internships)
Eligibility for licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or ALC (varies by state)
