Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy
Prepare and manage budgets and reports for development, marketing, and communication activities
Cultivate relationships with individual donors
Strengthen existing relationships and establish new partnerships with corporate donors
Plan, coordinate, and execute all fundraising events
Identify new fundraising opportunities
Develop and maintain marketing materials
Support digital marketing efforts
Create and implement a cohesive marketing strategy
Collaborate with consultants for events or campaigns
Establish and manage a strong presence on social media
Develop and maintain consistent branding and messaging
Maintain up-to-date media contact lists
Complete other duties as assigned
Participate in emergency or disaster response efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in development and event planning
At least three (3) years of experience in communications and/or marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools
