Job Description

Join Healthcare Services Group as a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. Contribute to enhancing customer and resident experiences while being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies
  • Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds
  • Ability to work around cleaning products
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Residency within the service area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience
