Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care)
Location: New Britain, CT
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM 
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to medically complex patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage wound care and ventilator support.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and case managers.

   

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut RN License (Compact accepted).
• Minimum 1–2 years of LTAC or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required).
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
