Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary information
Document interactions and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Customer service skills
Ability to interact professionally through video and audio tools
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
Preferred Qualifications
State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
