Job Description

As a Client Relationship Specialist at Schwab, you will leverage your customer service skills to enhance client experiences while growing your career in the financial services industry. You will play a vital role in the success of the local branch, supported by management in your professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
  • Licensing in Series 7 and 63/66
  • Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
  • May be asked to become a Notary
