As a Client Relationship Specialist at Schwab, you will leverage your customer service skills to enhance client experiences while growing your career in the financial services industry. Build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
Required Qualifications
1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry
Licensing in Series 7 and 63/66
Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Experience working independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
May be asked to become a Notary
