Job Description
Join Middlesex Health as a CT Technologist, where you'll perform essential CT imaging procedures while ensuring patient care and professional integrity. This per diem position offers flexible shifts and the opportunity to work with award-winning talent and advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of CT imaging procedures
Assist physicians and provide patient care essential to imaging procedures
Exercise professional judgment in the performance of all CT procedures
Apply the principles of teamwork in providing patient services
Assist new employees and students in training as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in good standing
Valid/Eligible State of Connecticut Radiographer License
Previous CT scan experience
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced ARRT Certificate in Computed Tomography or eligibility to sit for boards
Experience with GE CT scanners, AW workstations and Medrad injectors
Epic experience
Google Drive and Google Spreadsheet knowledge
CPR certification
AS/BS degree
Good work ethic, integrity and professional communication skills
