Key Responsibilities
Own prototyping jobs in the assembly labs
Interact with a cross-functional team of module designers, layout engineers, project leads, and manufacturing crew
Communicate various scenarios and diligently follow through
Manage lab equipment’s maintenance, calibration, and upkeep
Mentor and train more junior teammates
Advocate resource capabilities and present on symposiums
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline
Minimum of 5 years of packaging/assembly experience in semiconductor field
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
Expert experience with manual and auto wire/ribbon bonders
Die attachment
Solder reflow
Wet and dry cleansing practice
Automated die and SMT component placement tools
Automated adhesive dispensing tools
Screen printers
Experience translating information from schematics and mechanical design documents
Experience in RF field
Experience in Printed Wiring Board design and manufacturing
Experience with Product Data Management (PDM)
