The Physical Therapist Assistant provides evidence-based outpatient therapy services to patients, collaborating closely with clinical team members to ensure high-quality care. They participate in professional development through mentorship, residency programs, and leadership training offered by the organization. This role requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and current or pending state licensure, with a focus on patient-centered treatment and a positive, inclusive work environment.
