Key Responsibilities
Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload

Review KPI results and identify opportunities for improvement
Communicate with Assistant Store Leader regarding business results
Ensure customers receive efficient and gracious service
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sense of personal style with a discerning eye for design and home furnishings
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years customer service or retail experience
Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
