Key Responsibilities

  • Lead designated functional team and manage associate workload

  • Maintain understanding of new store initiatives
  • Drive sales and maintain awareness of current products
  • Review KPI results and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate with Assistant Store Leader regarding business results
  • Ensure customers receive efficient and gracious service

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of personal style with a discerning eye for design and home furnishings

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years customer service or retail experience
  • Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends
