Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care, where you will provide essential nursing care to residents and contribute to their health and well-being in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care for residents
Administer medications or treatments as ordered
Document resident interactions and outcomes
Contribute to the assessment of residents
Counsel residents and family members on treatment plans
Work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license
Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in practical nursing
IV therapy/management skills
