Job Description
Join Backus Hospital as an Assistant Nurse Manager in the Psychiatric Inpatient and Emergency Department, where you'll lead a team of nurses to provide exceptional patient care and ensure efficient patient flow. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field
2 years of experience as RN in psychiatric behavioral health unit
6 months experience as Charge Nurse or supervisory experience
Current Connecticut License as a Registered Nurse
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in health-related or business field
3 or more years of experience as RN in psychiatric behavioral health unit
12 months experience as Charge Nurse or supervisory experience
Leadership experience
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
