Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as a Site Director, where you will inspire and lead a team of educators to create engaging classroom experiences. You'll ensure a safe and effective environment while building relationships with families and the community to provide exceptional education for children.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure the site operates effectively and meets educational standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet state specific guidelines
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Basic proficiency in using a computer
Read, write, understand, and speak English
