Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services for substance use and psychiatric needs
Conduct crisis and intake assessments
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
Develop and modify treatment plans
Collaborate with clinical teams and community resources
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Participate in clinical team meetings and supervision
Required Qualifications
Master's degree
Connecticut licensure as LPCA, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting and duty-to-warn mandates
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
