Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect clinical services for substance use and psychiatric needs
  • Conduct crisis and intake assessments
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy
  • Develop and modify treatment plans
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and community resources
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and supervision

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Connecticut licensure as LPCA, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting and duty-to-warn mandates
  • Knowledge of community-based resources
  • Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
