Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to all customers
Greet patients and check them in and out, ensuring accurate demographics
Collect co-pays and adhere to cash handling policies
Answer phones, take messages, and route calls appropriately
Schedule appointments and verify correct visit type and provider
Manage waiting room cleanliness and communication with patients
Collaborate with back-office staff for smooth patient flow
Resolve service issues and refer to management if necessary
Assist co-workers and perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of customer service experience
Beginner level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data analysis software
1+ years of medical front desk experience
1+ years of electronic medical record experience
1+ years of health plan insurance knowledge
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
