Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to all customers
  • Greet patients and check them in and out, ensuring accurate demographics
  • Collect co-pays and adhere to cash handling policies
  • Answer phones, take messages, and route calls appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and verify correct visit type and provider
  • Manage waiting room cleanliness and communication with patients
  • Collaborate with back-office staff for smooth patient flow
  • Resolve service issues and refer to management if necessary
  • Assist co-workers and perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Beginner level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analysis software
  • 1+ years of medical front desk experience
  • 1+ years of electronic medical record experience
  • 1+ years of health plan insurance knowledge
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
