Manage a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality care
Implement clinical strategy and oversee quality improvement
Collaborate with operational leadership
Participate in community representation and committees
Provide direct patient care and administrative oversight
Assist with panel management and clinician education
Manage financial and operational performance of clinics
Participate in quality improvement and population health programs
Required Qualifications
MD/DO
8 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
Preferred Qualifications
Active and unrestricted DEA license
Medicare Provider Number
Medicaid Provider Number
3 to 5 years directly applicable experience
Experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
Good understanding of best practice coding and documentation
Technologically savvy
Problem-solving skills
Accountability in achieving results
Clinical knowledge of program design and management
Strong communication skills
