Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates to work remotely during the tax season. Ideal candidates will have tax filing experience and a passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities while enjoying benefits like a 401(k) plan and flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
