Key Responsibilities
Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Educates patients and their families on managing illness or injury and post-treatment care.
Develops and documents individual care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Assesses and evaluates patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
Required Qualifications
Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) license
