Job Description
Join Sevita as a Program Supervisor, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role allows you to make a significant impact while developing your supervisory skills and fostering meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
Supervise a team of Caregivers
Provide support to individuals receiving services
Split duties between direct support, professional activities, and supervision
Facilitate community involvement
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
