Job Description
Join Border Foods as an Assistant General Manager and help lead a team dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a thriving Taco Bell franchise. You'll play a key role in creating a positive work environment while ensuring operational excellence and team development.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
ServeSafe Certified
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a management role
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours
