Position: Pathologists’ Assistant – Travel
Location: Annapolis, MD
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Duration: 13 weeks / 40 hrs per week

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Pathologists’ Assistant experience
• Bachelors/Masters in Pathology or related field
• Must be able to perform:
  • Dissection, evisceration, description, and histologic sampling of anatomical specimens
  • Frozen sections & intra-operative consultations within protocols
  • Specimen photography, storage, and maintenance of reagents/equipment
• Ability to coordinate tissue specimen acquisition for research
• References: 2 from supervisors or above required prior to start
