Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Workday HCM modules
Configure and update business processes and security roles
Manage Workday security roles and access controls
Monitor system performance and resolve user support issues
Perform regular data audits and execute mass data uploads
Create and maintain custom reports
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams
Support small to mid-sized HRIS/Workday projects
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Workday HCM System Administrator or HRIS Analyst
In-depth knowledge of Workday Core HCM
Strong experience configuring business processes, security roles, and EIB data loads
Proven ability to support Payroll and Finance functions
Experience collaborating with Finance on position management
Comfortable leading testing and documentation of Workday updates
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Reporting, or Security
Previous Workday implementation experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
