Join Staples as a Senior Inside Sales Team Manager, leading a dynamic inside sales team to develop sales strategies, optimize performance, and achieve targets. Foster a collaborative environment and enhance customer satisfaction while driving growth in a supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market.
Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
Track and analyze market/team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
Conduct consistent call coaching sessions and crucial conversations.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Consistent audits to address gaps and ensure team calibration based on business direction.
Required Qualifications
High School or GED Equivalent
4+ years sales experience
1+ years sales management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
