As a Citizens Banker, you'll be the face of the branch, helping customers navigate their financial journeys with trusted advice. Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers by providing trusted advice
Assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing
Recommend tailored solutions based on customers' financial goals
Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking solutions
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule appointments
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success with building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions
Recognized ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and able to multitask effectively
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Meet SAFE Act requirements, including pre-employment screening
Complete a video interview assessment after applying
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
