Job Description
As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their auto loans, collecting payments, and building positive relationships. You'll navigate various systems to negotiate payment plans and help customers achieve vehicle ownership while meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Educate and negotiate with customers regarding past-due balances
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Monitor and ensure follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
Located on-site in Fort Worth, TX
