As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers manage their auto loans by negotiating payment plans and maintaining positive relationships. You will educate customers about their options, ensure compliance with debt collection practices, and assist them in finding solutions to their financial challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and build relationships with customers to influence payment
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Monitor and ensure follow up on loan repayment agreements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Located on-site in Fort Worth, TX
