JOB SUMMARY
PAY RATE:$48- $53/hour + OT rate $97.5/h
Shift: Day Shift (5x8) 13-week contract
Schedule: 40 hours per week.
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be submitted at the time of application.

As a qualified PHYSICAL THERAPIST you will work in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility in Centralia, WA. You will play a vital role in enhancing the mobility, independence, and overall well-being of residents. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating each resident’s physical abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and guiding residents through therapeutic exercises and interventions tailored to their unique needs. You will focus on restoring or maintaining physical function after injury, illness, or surgery, with the goals of improving strength, balance, and daily living skills.
In this setting, you will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams—including nursing and other therapy professionals—to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will educate residents and their families on fall prevention, pain management, and safe mobility strategies, while regularly monitoring and documenting progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. By fostering a supportive and compassionate environment, you will help residents achieve their highest possible level of independence and quality of life.
