Key Responsibilities
Maximize sales, inventory, and standards in assigned department
Manage inventory and product movement based on customer demand
Review and manage planograms and period layouts
Monitor department performance using data
Lead, motivate, and inspire team members
Ensure excellent store standards and customer service
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Manager
Good planning and organizational skills
Experience with inventory management and stock control
