We are seeking Solar Energy Consultants to join our team in Syracuse! We are a customer-focused company dedicated to delivering top-quality services directly to our community. As a Consulting Associate, youll be the face of our brandconnecting with potential customers, building trust, and helping them find solutions that meet their needs. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, working independently, and being part of a high-energy team that values communication and performance.

This is a great opportunity with income as high as 6 figures in the first year and we provide training!

Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services
• Conduct in-person interviews in potential and existing client's homes
• Answer questions, address concerns, and guide customers through the sign-up process
• Track and report daily interactions and progress to management
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the company
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Visit home and educate and advise community solar and the benefits of green energy
• Explain the benefits of products and services.

Qualifications:

• A people person with high energy
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
• Meet with clients face-to-face Work in a field environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and presentable
