Join UnitedHealthcare as a Strategic Account Executive, where you will manage key accounts and drive customer satisfaction and growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business for Key Account customers
  • Develop strategic initiatives and business plans
  • Forge relationships with key customers and consultants
  • Renew customer accounts in the targeted segment
  • Demonstrate value propositions for business growth
  • Lead account management team
  • Exceed objectives for customer satisfaction and retention
  • Secure new business through effective marketing
  • Become a subject matter expert for customers and brokers

Required Qualifications

  • MA Insurance license
  • 5+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience within the Insurance industry
  • Experience working with brokers and consultants for Key Account groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of UHC's portfolio of products
  • Knowledge of business planning and financial/underwriting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations
  • Solid negotiation and leadership skills
  • Ability to create and implement strategic vision
  • Team player and customer-focused
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
