University Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Bronx, NY. Join our committed team in providing personalized care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collecting information from new Residents for admission
Recording health details of Residents including vitals & temperature
Administering medications and injections to Residents
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed
Assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output
Required Qualifications
Valid LPN State license
Must be in good standing with State Registry
Ability to work as a team member
