Join AFC as a Relationship Specialist to build meaningful connections with independent auto dealers. You'll drive financing solutions while balancing risk and helping clients succeed in their business endeavors.
Key Responsibilities
Assess business and risk situations using critical thinking
Understand customer needs through CRM tools
Grow portfolio and assist in promotional efforts
Manage and service customer accounts while balancing risk
Drive growth opportunities with existing and new accounts
Support others' success in their roles
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability to travel 60-70% within the market
Strong focus on productivity and adaptability
Sales expertise and problem resolution skills
Understanding of portfolio management and risk
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with technology and software applications
Accountability towards local goals and business targets
Preferred Qualifications
Previous auto industry or financial services experience
Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau
