Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in absence of the Senior/General Manager
Assist in achieving sales growth and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff and manage labor costs
Train and develop crew under direction of the Senior/General Manager
Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
Maintain an adequate supply of products and control inventory
Conduct crew and management team meetings
Ensure adherence to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
