This position is for a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry care at a 24-bed unit in Barberton, Ohio. The nurse will provide telemetry monitoring and care for medical, cardiovascular, neurological, and isolation patients, working 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week contract. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIH, with a focus on patient ratios and critical care skills.

Job Description & RequirementsThis is a 24-bed med-surg/tele unit at the Barberton campus.
Primarily providing care for medical patient that require telemetry monitoring.
Patient population could also include progressive care level patients which include cardiovascular treatment plans involving medication drips as well as neurological patients requiring frequent NIH assessments.
COVID and other isolation patients may be part of the patient population on this unit.
Candidates need ACLS/BLS/NIH and good telemetry background to qualify.
Ratios are running 1:5 ratios. Float Required.
