Job Description

Join Quill as an Inside Sales Manager and drive revenue growth by engaging with new customers in the Philadelphia area. This remote role emphasizes building strong relationships and utilizing strategic sales techniques in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
  • Schedule appointments and present Quill values to prospective customers
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create custom pricing solutions for high growth commercial customers
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management upon customer commitment
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek continuous improvement and apply feedback
  • Positively impact team culture and collaborate with peers

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
  • Ability to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
