What You’ll Do:

• Assist the PT with individualized therapy plans
• Guide patients through exercises and functional mobility activities
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Educate patients on safe techniques and exercise routines
• Keep accurate, timely documentation following facility standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas PTA license or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in rehabilitation, SNF, or corrections is a plus; new grads encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently as needed
