Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in a 30-bed medical telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings
- Administer medications and perform procedures per physician orders
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Float to similar units as required
- Work every other weekend and alternate holidays
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a telemetry or medical-surgical unit
- Active Registered Nurse license (state-specific)
- BLS (AHA only) required
- Ability to float to like units
- Expected patient ratios: 1:5, 1:6, occasional 1:7
Additional Information:
- Unit Size: 30 beds
- Cases Seen: Occasional post-bronchoscopy and chest tube patients
- On-call Requirements: None
- Float Requirements: Float to similar units
- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and alternating holidays
