Job Description
As a Phlebotomist at BioLife Plasma Services, you'll collect life-changing plasma while prioritizing donor safety and quality service. You'll screen donors, maintain records, and help improve center operations in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use the Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Ability to hear equipment from a distance
1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role
