Key Responsibilities
Carries a caseload and practices person-centered service planning
Evaluates and assesses independent living skills of residents
Advocates on behalf of residents with service providers
Completes documentation of resident interactions
Participates in planning and execution of events
Facilitates monthly roommate meetings and support groups
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
