Join Intercare Therapy as an ABA Program Manager to lead and support students with behavioral challenges. You'll collaborate with educational teams and provide oversight to ensure effective behavioral interventions.
Design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols
Collaborate with and train educational teams on BIP implementation
Provide direct supervision to Behavior Technician team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, rehabilitation, or related field
Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Enrollment in and/or completion of behavior-analytic coursework
2+ years of experience implementing behavior treatment under the supervision of a BCBA
2+ years of experience with students demonstrating significant behavioral challenges
1+ year experience working in a school setting
