Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site medical care within nursing scope and protocols
Respond promptly to workplace and general health issues
Perform health screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, audiometry)
Maintain accurate health records for OSHA and state compliance
Ensure confidentiality in all health matters
Support safety and ergonomic initiatives
Assist with wellness programs and employee health education
Help manage and document workers’ compensation cases
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the health and safety team
Required Qualifications
Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
Current CPR/First Aid/AED card
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years’ experience in the nursing field
Clinical hours acceptable for graduate nurses
