As a Site Director at KinderCare Education, you will inspire and lead teachers to create engaging learning experiences for children. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure site operates effectively and maintains standards
Partner with parents for child care and education
Cultivate relationships with families and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physical capability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English
