Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, investigate, and process mechanical claims

Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of proven experience as an automotive mechanic or in a related mechanical field
Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes
Excellent verbal communication skills
Prior success in a customer service role
Technology proficient in Microsoft Office applications
