Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires
Install, repair, mount, dismount, and balance tires
Maintain tire bay policies and procedures
Ensure knowledgeable service at the tire desk
Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the tire bay
Complete necessary tire bay documentation
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
Preferred Qualifications
Prior tire installation experience
Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
