We’re looking for Lead Restaurant Host professionals to join our team in Girdwood, Alaska .
As a Lead Host at Seven Glaciers you’ll play a key role in daily operations and leading the team, while maintaining the high level of service that our guests expect from their dining experiences. Prepare restaurant for reservations and special functions.
Works to resolve complaints by patrons and informs Manager or Chef.
Maintain reservations, monitor host email and perform call backs to verify guests as well as answer questions.
Lead the host team through training to maintain standards and set examples for new and existing team members.
Staring Wage: $19 per hour

or three to six months related experience and/or training; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must have or be able to obtain within the introductory period, the following:a TAPS card & a Food Handlers Card.
Be on your feet for long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment.
